Charakteristische Gewürztraminer-Weine sind sehr aromatisch und haben Aromen von Rosen, Litschi, Gewürzen und tropischen Früchten. Sie sind meist vollmundig und haben eine niedrige Säure, was sie weich und rund im Geschmack macht.
